Company with nine Out of School operations acquired in the Netherlands

Norlandia, through its daughter company KindeX, acquires Dutch company Kakelbont.

COO of the preschool division, Yngvar Tov Herbjørnssønn, today made the following announcement: “Norlandia Care Group AS is proud to announce that our business in the Netherlands is growing. As of December 15, the fully owned daughter company, KindeX B.V., has acquired all shares in the company Kakelbont Kids B.V. (Kakelbont).  Kakelbont operates nine units with Out of School services (equivalent to the Norwegian so-called skolefritidsordning (SFO)).  One is located in The Hague (near the operations of KindeX) and eight units are located in Maarssen/Maarssenbroek in the center of the Netherlands. The company has a turnover of about 11 MNOK, and will make a very good match and add-on to our present business in KindeX.”
